I don't think it's fair to keep ponies in a small dirt paddock without any form of excercise etc and if this needs to be done to prevent them from getting laminitis then I would PTS.

I would introduce some hayledge, feed Alpha-A Oil, Fast Fibre, Pink Powder and either Outshine or Topspec Conditioning Flakes. I would rather feed hay in the field than limit turnout time, also ensure that he hasn't got worms or any underlying health issues and make sure he's well rugged.
I really like the dun (I suspect it's buckskin but it can still be shown in local coloured classes where it states duns are allowed). The black is also very nice, I'd ring both personally.
I either use a whip diectly behind the leg to back up a leg aid or or the shoulder as a repremand for a nappy horse. a slap on the bum will usually make a horse buck in my experience.

Personally, i think it should be illegal, it's dangerous and not only endangers the horse and rider but other road or bridleway users. I assume that the same people who ride and use their mobile are the ones who don't wear reflective clothing or do their hats up.
