Not the cheapest initial option but Iveco do a Plastic mirror - after smashing mine on frequent occasions had one fitted about 3 years ago, smashed into loads of bushes and tree's since and still in tact - Think it was about £35/£40 - might be worth looking into

we had everything here (rain, snow, wind, hail) now beautiful sunshine - all in the space of about 10 mins (lower half of Kent)
