Hello I have got 2 bedlington/whippets and have never seen anything like 'em at ratting! Took them to a local fun dog show, and the judge - who was an older lady - said that they had them growing up, and nothing would clear a "box of 30 rats" in less than a minute better than a beddy/whippet...
