Does anyone have ideas how 2 pool noodles I have been given, can be used in lessons for disabled children? I was originally going to make batons out of them, but they are too wide for the children to hold easily. I know you can use them for de-sensitising, and for noodle ponies, but was hoping...

Thanks for the replies. I need to get some sort of income from the investment, and I'm wondering whether to have land or a cheap property. I'd get more from a property, but think the land would hold it's value more - and be more fun! :) Heart v head!

I'm tinkering with the idea of buying 5 to 7 acres of land, with 3 or 4 stables, as an investment. I know it's a bit ambiguous, but has anyone got any idea of the type of rent I would get on that? Thanks in advance, and double choc muffins. :)

My section a foal was pretty much bombproof by 10 months, as I took him all over while he was tiny. I agree that just getting them used to it in a safe situation usually works - BUT........... The pony I ride now though lives on a farm, with tractors etc going round all day, but is still bad...

What a star! I had a section a colt when I was 16, (all I could afford to buy), and by the time he was 9 months old he was bombproof. I used to walk him all over, including to gymkhanas. lol

As a 12 year old I went to vault on a loose pony, and he simply walked out from under me! :D Splat!

I had a half hour ride today for the first time since before Christmas! :D I'd fractured my coccyx in a fall on the road, and although I rode again over the following couple of weeks, I was in pain, and the naughty rhino was a nervous wreck. Anyways, then I ended up in hospital with a virus...
