Thanks for that. In terms of facilities, I'm looking for a small yard with a sand school, but nothing flashy. Good grazing a must : ) and obviously friendly! I drive, so doesn't need to be close to transport. I'd prefer to be closer to West Wickham as I live in Shirley.
