Our ISH has recently injured his SL and bruised his tendon. Vet says most of these injuries are sustained in poached paddocks and recommends harrowing and rolling on a regular basis ,where possible. He is being treated with Ice Vibe boot and compagel and is on box rest but with regular walking.

Well said spooky pony. The public seem unaware of the cuts made by this Government and policies applied which breaks the NHS. This is so close to my heart,as a registered Nurse. Too many people also make assumptions about the NHS with no understanding of the reality of what is going in.
The vast difference is there are 60 + million people in the UK who at some point need to access the NHS either via primary ,secondary or tertiary care. There are not enough resources to meet demand and this is complicated by too many people going to see their GP,or presenting to emergency...
I think it's such a shame a professional of this calibre would sully his professional reputation. After many years training and practising to end what should be a good career on such a low is simply sad.
