I agree my 18.1hh eats less than the 16hh filly It's all on individual requirements I use haylage nets to reduce wastage

Am using big round bales of haylage and use 1 bale every 5 days between 4 16hh+ horses paying £27 per bale

I use 2 bales of bliss bedding per week between 4 horses they had a base bed put down in October but now it's about £50 per month

I have a nuzzler brush which my horses love failing this a handful of hay/haylage twisted in your hand makes a good substitute. Happy horses :)

I bought one after my mare had broken her jaw in a freak field accident and would no longer tolerate a cavesson noseband as it sat over the fracture site. Have never looked back she loves it, goes easily forward into an outline. Very happy :)
