My mare has developed a cough over the past week but nothing like what I've had with anything I've previously worked with. She's currently in overnight, doesn't cough in stable in field etc it's literally first thing in the morning when I get her out. It's only ever 1/2 coughs if I ask her to...
Got a free weekend a couple weeks so trying to decide where to compete and struggling to decide, so hoping some of you lovely folk will be able to help!
Would you..
A) Go to a local UA ODE
B) Go UA showjumping at a BS venue
The horse in question is fairly green, I've had her roughly a...
I'm probably being really dim but could someone explain to me what 'max top spread' and 'max base spread are referring to (What part of the jump) I've always thought spreads to be measure from the front to the back so the different sizes have gotten me all confused! Also is there a minimum width...

Okay thank you, in which case how does anyone manage this time of year with them? So many venues near me just have fields for parking and with the ground being how it is at the moment they must all either not go or get stuck then?
Just wondering how they fare in muddy fields? I'm assuming they're not 4 wheel drive so would get stuck in the mud just like your average car would that's not a 4x4?
Thanks
