yes every time i have phoned up and spoke to any of the ladies there they have been very helpful and polite... the MANAGER was the man that i was refering too... and yes that IS what was said and wasnt just odd but damm right rude!!

missmatch your right... my boss said to me that just for instance... if any of them smoke anything other than "normal" fags and something drops in there and you feed it to a competition horse that gets tested..... they could be disqualified!!!!!!!
