Well the weather here's much the same. I think that he'll get more turn out in the UK which will suit my horse better.

He hasn't been scoped for anything yet. He's bedded on straw and has hay in the morning. No turnout at the moment. But, all factors were the same last year except the outside box and he was ok :confused:

I agree! I did martial arts and had the same problem/advice :D I tend to hold my breathe when I'm learning something but it just makes you tense up! My horse will do a fab halt if I just sit up and breathe out. (I'm lucky to have a good boy). :p
