ulcers abgard

I’m wondering if anyone has scoped there horse for ulcers and used abgard and shipped in form America? My vet has said to get some and use it but he can’t prescribe it as it unavailable in the uk but show jumping operations use this stuff a lot. Can anyone enlighten me.
