Well I just found out that this is the amount my horse has won according to the bsja site. Is this good or bad?

Depends- If you bought the horse as a novice, great- still open to compete in the lower classes but if you bought a Grand Prix horse- I would ask for my money back.

Ah yes, that's a good point. In my head I would like to compete but as I am too nervous to jump more that 1 jump of 8 inches I can't see it happening any time soon!

With the amount low you can still be capable of jumping the intro tests when you are ready for it.
