As above, preferably no fill but would consider 100g fill.
I would usually use PE but their no fill is only 600d and their 40g is 1000d-would need a higher denier if such a thing exists?
Thanks in advance!

Derby House do one thats 1200D lightweight no fill. I bought one a couple of months ago in their sale. So far it hasn't ripped! They have a sale at the mo so you might get one, they are generous sizing too. Amigo do a 1200D one as well.

I have one of these... http://www.cybercheckout.co.uk/products/chillton-1200d-lightweight-turnout-rug.html

It has lasted well and stayed waterproof. My broad chested horse tends to get shoulder rubs, but this fitted him well and he wore it and stayed dry throughout last winter. This winter I have alternated it with a Shires Tempest (onky 600d but also pretty robust). The Shires got a small tear, but the Chillton is still going strong... BTW this horse discards rugs he doesn't like... the Amigo LW was first shed and trampled into the mud (found with all straps and buckles still done up) and then completely shredded beyond repair, so rugs need to be robust to withstand this level of abuse ;)

I have a Shires Typhoon which is 1200 denier with no fill. This has lasted my rug wrecker for 3 years so far with no tears.

Hope this helps
