Hi everybody, we took our Ifor 506 out for the first time today and it has a 13 pin electric plug. Does this simply just push into the electric socket on the tow bar? It looked like it should maybe twist or something to engage it but we couldn’t figure it out? All the lights worked just plugging it in but unsure if it’s secure enough?? Thanks.

The new ones twist into place but you have to have the right socket on your car - if it’s a new tow bar it will be but if it’s a few years old it will probably have the older 7 pin at which point you need an adapter or to rewire the plug on your trailer

Thank you, it’s a brand new tow bar fitted a week ago so we’ll have another go at trying to twist it into place.
