14.2 coloured - help please

14.2hh 5 year old well marked coloured gelding. Irish passport, lovely temperament. Fairly well schooled but not really been out and done anything. Vaccs, worming, teeth and back all up-to-date. Lives in or out, very easy to do. Not going to be a superstar but a lovely alrounder. Very healthy bar one thing, two sarcoids! One on his inner thigh with a tiny one on his chest. Cream is being used but will take weeks, (a few months?) to go completely. Really need to sell him sooner rather than later. Would people buy with these sarcoids and if so, what sort of price should I advertise him at?

I'd be waiting until the sarcoid treatment is complete before you try to sell him. Obviosuly tho, I don't know your circumstances, so that's easy for me to say.

If the cream works then i'd be asking about £3k, otherwise about £2500.
