have been looking for weeks.....need a gelding aged 5-9...full up that will pass a vetting!!!!!!!!!!!!!
we have wasted sp much of the summer going to see..nice sounding ponies only to find ponies that have been broken a year and never cantered in there own 20/60 schools...or 6 year olds who have done a little bit of everything that turn out never to have been away from there yards...ponies covered in scariods...sold as blemish free!! or Finally finding a lovely pony that fails the vet and owner gets so rude to vet he is forced to leave fearing his own safety!!!
If there is anything that catch's my eye on the internet it turns out to be up as far away as possible in yorkshire...when we are deep in the west country....

If it makes you feel any better (probably not), similar situation in the south east/east anglia/east mids. I've thrown the towel in for a few months.

I just found £1 behind the sofa, only £29,999 to go :D

They are both lovely ponies we used to call them robots as we were sure they could probably jump a course without a rider on them. I think if you actually rode them aswell they would be even better but I would love to have a horse I don't have to ride :p

Tell me about it! We travelled 6 hours just for me to say its awful I'm not getting on it! Does it have to be 148 or could it be slightly smaller? There seems to be a lot in horse and hound atm but some are a bit smaller than 148 I find they are cheaper aswell as they don't carry the 148 premium.

Should've been at Ashford sales yesterday, 100+ lots, loads of family horses and ponies, most of them victims of the recession/hay and grass shortage, going for a song (£35 in one case) or not at all...

I have three 148cms BSJA ponies. One 14yo JA mare, £6000 winnings; one JC mare, £300 winnings in her first year and a full-up JC gelding. All three jumping 1.10 and 1.15 tracks with ease, available very soon and I am in the West Country. Both JC qualified for 5 classes each at Scope and you can have two for £30K :)
