15hh live-out wanted in Kent - can be 'project' on ground

I am looking on behalf of a friend for......

15hh (approx)
Mare or gelding
Must live out

Not a huge criteria as you can see! If it's nervous about being caught, feet being picked up or something similar that's not a problem, any groundwork that needs putting in is fine.

BUT it must be sane when ridden as 13 year old daughter wants to ride too. Would be a happy hack living on a small, private yard (only 3 liveries) with hours of woodland hacking, no roadwork.
 
Budget? Must it be in Kent, or could you travel to anywhere in the south east? Must it be exactly 15hh, or could it be an inch, or two (or three!) bigger or smaller? What ages are they considering?
 
Sorry, I forgot to say the most important part, she is wanting something on full loan preferably (will add this to original post) however has considered a horse around the £900 mark.

For the right horse it doesn't have to be exactly 15hh, if its smaller but stocky (so would take up the leg as daughter is tall) then that would be fine and bigger isn't a problem again, as long as the horse is right.

Any age considered, any breed, doesn't have to be a 'stunner' just a nice person who will enjoy lots of affection and some woodland hacking.

Will check on distance to travel, but at a guess I'd say not longer than an hours/hour and a half drive from Swanley, Kent.
