18hh Monster horse needs rug!

Hi has anyone got any suggestions for rugs that will fit my large gelding across the chest. I have tried weatherbeeta, katie Price (yes it was in sale) and have yet to find a rug that fastens across his chest without a chest expander. I was going to try Amigo, does anyone know what they fit like around the chest? He has a really long and thick wither, shoulder to chest very deep.

I do not find Amigos very roomy, I use a rambo duo, premier equine, shires on my big lad. I would say shires are pretty good for room around chest.

Rambo Exel! They are built for big monsters, really big spacey and deep and of course are well fitting and strong as are all the horseware rugs!

I got one of my big fella and I have to say it was one of the best rugs I bought - 7 years later and still going stong! My fella likes to walk through bushes and wallow in mud and in that time its needed one surcingle hook replaced..not one tear or rip! Although I do get them sent off to horseward every summer for washing and re-waterproofing so that does probably help extend its life a bit!
