1973 Rice Mark IV *really!*

Hello all, I have a 1973 Rice trailer. Now don't snicker. It is still in wonderful shape and has been lovingly cared and maintained by a great mechanic. He is no longer with us and I am looking for an instruction manual or other information about how the brakes and the connections work. If anyone has any information about this vintage trailer please email me. There are very few of these in Vermont USA and the mechanism is confusing the dickens out of the local trailer mechanics. Thank you so much! I will pursue this. The Rice always draws a crowd here in Vermont. No one has seen one and we call it the "Rice delay Factor" when we are out. Thanks again.
