After my last post about selling Gypsy, have had a heart to heart with hubby, told him that i couldnt sell Gypsy as she was everything to me and instead i wanted to advertise her on loan instead. He was a bit nervous but has come around to the idea. He just doesnt like her! Anyway placed the advertisement which is due to go in the paper this friday (ahhh), after reading alot of horror stories about loaning i thought the best way was that shes loaned but stays in the yard, as i just dont want her vanishing.

Also i rented the arena on Sunday (where mae is having her first show), we were jumping 70cms (biggest for her) and boy was she soaring, i could really feel the power in her. Hubby was watching and he said that she was really over jumping. She just didnt like the double too much, but thats my fault as ive never taken her over one before. Hubby doesnt like cobs, says they are lazy and cant jump, well he was eating his words on sunday!! He took her over a few jumps and came back smiling. So now im more excited about Friday, got my show gear all ready. She got yesterday off as she worked so well on Sunday. Tomorrow we are going to work on those nasty doubles!!

Thank you to everyone about the advice on Gypsy, will let yous know if any suitable loaners come forward.

Good for you, I think you've made the right decision. LOL at hubby having to eat his words after watching Mae jump and good luck for the show
