i had mine done when she was sold and they do flexion test - check eyes ears heart beat checked for lumps and bumps

They check the heart,eyes and lungs. That's what they did when i had my foals vetted anyway as they said that is all they do at that age. Don't know if it is different for an older horse.

as above, heart, eyes and lungs and a trot up. quick scim of legs body for injurys scars.
is the same as a mortality certificate.
