2 weeks off and Aching!!

Does anyone else really ache after not riding for 2 weeks??

I went on holiday and come back and im aching so bad after riding on Tuesday this week. Have a lesson tonight and i don't know how im going to get on!! lol

I ride pretty much everyday normally and didn't think i would ache this bad!!

I had a lesson last Friday after not riding since last December. I knew I was going to be crippled when the instructor said he's a lovely boy just very bouncy. I could hardly move on Sunday haha

I'm riding on Saturday for the first time in over a year!!! Not looking forward to Sunday, but can't wait for Saturday!!!
