Two years ago today Sprocket came to live with me and I can't believe how quickly the time has gone! He is not the easiest dog in the world (I think he will always be "work in progress") but I really couldn't have asked for a better dog. He is just the lovliest dog and we have had so much fun together - I love him to bits and am so grateful to Puppy for letting me have one of the poplets.

He seemed to settle into his new home fairly well...:

Then he saw his first snow

and discovered the joy of Christmas

He loves going to the beach

But the best thing in life is tennis balls

So, last year we took up flyball which he absolutely loves

This is him a couple of weeks ago on holiday in Cornwall - it is very tiring being such a handsome boy

and finally, this morning, doing what he loves best!

Thank you!
His mum is springer x patterdale and his dad is a working cocker.

Typically, while I was writing my OP the little g1t was in the garden digging and I now have muddy paw prints all over my carpet

He is gorgeous! Very shiny:) I love the photo where he's surrounded by his tennis ball collection and his satisfied grin! In the fly ball photo,I thought, wow,he looks like a lab x daschund! :D

The tennis ball collection was his birthday present from my sister, I think he looks longer in the flyball photo because he is at full stretch, though lots of people ask if he has daschund in him!

His tail is ridiculously long, but at least it makes his ears and feet look normal :p
CC, he is fed on Acana and 3-4 days a week he also gets fish4dogs salmon mousse or tuna or sardines in oil mixed in. He has always been shiny but it is really difficult to put weight on him (wish I had his problem) so I am pleased with how he looks atm :D

Brilliant photos, I remember when you posted the one of him with his birthday tennis balls, he has an almost manic expression in it "Mine , all mine" :D
ALMOST manic:p
He is not usually allowed tennis balls in the house as he is so obsessed with them.

Thanks for all the nice comments - I think he is a wonderful dog but I am slightly biased :D
