Ok, I'm thinking ahead really. I have lovely 300g and 400g turnout rugs for my horses but need a 200g full neck turnout that's not a weatherbeeta. They currently have weatherbeeta ones and they get so tight on the chest and rub. Any recommendations.

Not tried Amigo rugs yet but the only thing I worry about is that they don't have the shoulder pleats, scared they wil rub in front? Not sure if thats true or not though....

Second Amigo - brilliant rugs. My horse has worn his all winter (200g Amigo with lightweight detatchable neck cover) and it has never rubbed, moved or leaked. I also have a summer one which is fabby.

They are shaped so well that they don't need pleats. Honest! They are great!

I won an amigo turnout and neck cover at xmas and not used it yet as they are still to send me the neck cover as apparently they were out of stock. Might get another one for my other horse and give those a go.

If you can stretch to one and your horse or another wont wreck it I would go for Fal everytime. My chap wears his 24/7 as its breathable and dries better on him than on a rail, nylon lined so never rubs and polishes the coat to boot.

Nahhh, I could afford one but can't justify spending that much on a rug! Mine don't wreck rugs so the weatherbeeta and shires rugs I use last ages.
