Anyone else had problems with this on line tack shop?

Whilst their daily bargains are indeed cheap it seem you are stuck with them if they are the wrong size, what's worse, they don't even have the courtesy to reply to emails/phone calls to sort the matter out. Anyone would think I was asking for a refund but I'm not, more than happy to have a smaller size or other goods and could potentially spend a lot of money with them but they clearly don't want to know, aaarrrggg!

Yep, I had a problem too! No reply to emails or phone calls for a missing item. Funny though, when I emailed them to ask if I could have a daily special a couple of days later as there site wouldnt let me pay, they emailed me back straight away.

I have ordered from them twice and never had a problem, they replied to the emails I sent quickly as well.

I agree its not very good that you cant return the daily deals unless they are faulty but it does state this in the t & c's.

I was lucky and got some really nice tredstep boots and gaiters for half the price (and they did fit phew!!)

I got those as well and some other things and not had any problems.
But i've not had to return anything and it's when things go wrong that you see what a company's customer service is like.

I had this issue, I though I had bought from them before when I got the e-mail offers until I worked out later they were given my address my someone else. You aren't stuck with them though I bought the tredstep gaiters, had a pair already bought same size and awful fit so I printed off the trading standards info about the 7 days for internet purchases (Distance selling regulation iirc) returned the gaiters with a letter and got my money back :).

I ordered two heavyweight winter rugs from them at the beginning of the year. I paid extra because I was DESPERATE for a full neck heavyweight for my old boy as the spotty monster had ripped his to shreds!
I rang two weeks later to find out where they were, and they said there was a fault with the computer system, so they took my order details again and said the rugs would be despatched that day.
Another 4 weeks went by, with me ringing them regularly and leaving messages which weren't returned, asking where my rugs were. FINALLY, after 6 weeks of nothing, I managed to get hold of someone who said that there had been a mistake and that my rugs hadn't been sent, and they were now out of stock. SO ANNOYING. After half an hour of them trying to sell me rugs that I didn't want, I finally managed to get a refund.

Needless to say, I WON'T be using them again.

Thankyou, will look at that because even though they say no returns on daily deal items, have a sneaky suspicion that's not legal with mail order stuff. Could you post the relevant Trading Standards blurb?

Whats really annoying is I know they've had the breeches back because I tracked the parcel, now they have both my goods and my money so am even more out of pocket!
