Is it returnable?
You must think we are crazy – at this price? We suggest that you sell it on eBay and make some money.

To my knowledge (and I could be wrong) under distance selling regs and sale of good acts, the seller is legally required to accept returns for products in as new condition for up to 7 days after the sale is made (unless there is an issue with stock in which case it is 7 days after delivery) if the wrong item is ordered, it doesn't fit or isn't fit for purpose. Tho there is a grey area as it is not an entitlement to a sale or return scheme.
So it seems a bit dodgey they won't offer refunds at all.
There's not really a detailed about us either.
And they're based in Worcestershire but the terms & conditions state
[ QUOTE ]
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland, and the parties hereby submit to non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts to settle any disputes which may arise in connection with these terms and conditions.

Just things I picked up on, they do seem to haev good offers tho and it more than likely is totally sound but I like to take these sorts of things into consideration before buying from some-where I've not heard of before.

they have the terms governed by the laws of Ireland as they are therefore not subject to various English legislation such as Unfair Contract Terms Act and Sales of Goods Act.

Yes notice they seemed to be based in Ireland not sure how their legislation works.
In terms of refunds if they don't fit - they may have a point.
I have bought online before and decided it is better to sell something that doesn't fit on to someone else by the time I have paid postage to return. Especially heavy items like boots.
And if you buy from a private sale on Ebay if it doesn't fit then tough and I do that often enough.

Not used them so can't give an opinion, but those boots do seem v. cheap. I would prob take a punt on it but make sure that you pay on a credit card, then if the goods don't show you can claim the money back from the card company.

i know the lady who owns this and i can assure you she is 100% genuine, she was the buyer for one of the largest equestrian retailers before going on her own so she is well aware of rules and regs and is totally sound, you wont have any problems buying from this site....

I used them the other week, saw one of their offers for a jacket, it arrived just as described, thought there migth have been a catch as was so cheap might have been a second or something but no it was perfect, would use again got no cash at mo otherwise would be buying more from them

Arrived today and are gorgeous and brilliant price.
The leggings come up a bit small but they are stretchy so got them on and they do recommend on the bag to get them as tight as you can get on as they give with use.

Sorry to drag this old post back up again

Anyone with any further experience with 24tack ...after having placed an order, I can't get a response either from email or phone

Ive ordered before and not had a problem with goods arriving. I did have a problem getting a response about something I bought via email though. Cant remember what it was but I then emailed about buying something and they replied quickly. I suggest you email about buying something even if you arent and when you get a reply, reply with what ever you are trying to contact them about. Maybe something like. Thanks for replying blah blah blah, oh by the way could you tell me blah blah blah.
Good luck
