I signed up to the daily offers after reading good reports on here and have ordered from them twice now. Fisrt order great, 2nd order came in bits and I am still missing a coat. This was ordered at the end of November. I have emailed them twice and rang but no reply to either. Has anyone else had any problems?
To be honest Im not sure if they have charged me for the coat as Im due the credit bill soon but I just want to know whats happening.
 
I have only ordered from them once and they replied to my email through the website within a couple of hours.

Hope you get it sorted soon
 
Gosh no-never had any probs with them

I had a great time with 24 tack-hannah kept sorting mine out as I KEPT changing the sizes!!!!

Got next day delivery as well

Can't praise them enough

Are you sure your were charged-their '24 offers' don't charge your card if they haven't got your size/colour in

Email them and ask-also phone up your credit card company and ask them if you were charged
 
Can you remember what it shows up on you credit card statement as? Is it 24Tack?
I could kick myself as Ive deleted my order confirmation email and cant find the invoice they sent. (Put it safe over xmas

Not had much luck really as the woof boots I ordered in yummy chocolate are faulty (straps coming off) but by the time youve paid postage to send them back, its not worth it.
I will see if I can view my statement online, didnt think of that!
