They are two Blenheims. 7/8 years and 3 years. Contact Debra.Sandling@ThreeRivers.gov.uk. She is the animal enforcement officer. Don't know where Three Rivers is though. They look well cared for must be someone's pets. Someone took them into a groomer and asked her if she could tell if they had been spayed. She said she couldn't and half hour later they were dumped terrified by the canal.
