2nd hand saddles - what is "very good condition"?

As title really, just hoping to hear your opinions on what would constitute "very good" condition in your opinions - what level of marks/scratches would it have and where? How marked would be acceptable? In what condition would the leather be overall?

I will explain why in due course and give my opinion (if anyone's interested!!)
