3.5t horsebox users..where do the dogs travel?

We are on the brink of selling our trailer and looking at options.
I like the 3.5t boxes but need a rear facing one as horse won't travel forwards with a partition.....where on Earth do the dogs go? I don't think I would be happy for them to be in the very back with no contact with us and there won't be room in the front for 3 people and 2 GWPs!

I have an VW LT35 (obv this isnt rear facing) and it has a partition in front of the horse area, leaving a gap of about 2 feet before the cut through to the cab - the dogs fit nicely into the gap

That is actually why I bought an LT35

I can’t help as we all squeeze in the front, JRT on the seat and Lab on the passenger seat floor.

(I know you said you wouldn't be happy travelling them with no contact with you but not sure there is anywhere else???

The partition to the left seperates the horses, and the bit to the right is the cut through to the cab

Thanks all, hmm, cage is a possibility. Might have to look at rear facing trailers afterall.......
