3.5ton horsebox laws (rear door / breast bar)

Hi

Can anyone tell me where i can find the new laws/guidelines which are coming in about the width of back doors and collapsable breast bar in the rear facing 3.5ton boxes?

I looked on DEFRA but couldnt see anything.
