3 month old pup advertised for sale, questions to ask?

So I have seen a 3 month old pup for sale advertised, apparently he is house trained, and for sale through no fault of his own, jabs up to date, wormed etc, haven't made the call yet but advisel me what questions I should be asking, I don't want to miss anything, thanks.

What breed are you looking for? I went to see a 12 week puppy yesterday with a friend whos looking for another dog - the puppy was beautiful but will be abit too bog to live in flat with my friend.
