My horse has lost a shoe and I was supposed to go to a comp tomorrow (prelim dressage).
I have decided not to go due to loss of shoe. However the people I was meeting up with are trying to tell me it's fine, your riding on a surface, only one test ect.
I am sticking to my instincts on this as I think it's wrong, don't really understand why they are pressuring me? I am disappointed not to be going, but there will be another day.
What do other people do?
