30 minutes schooling......

Buy the book 101 schooling exercises - great book with loads of ideas and exercises if you want to work on certain areas like lengthening strides
 
Decide on one major thing to work on and maybe a few minor things ie, Rythum or length of stride or .....

Write down the things you need to focus on for your own position, ie head look straight, core muscles engaged, etc.

If you can, get someone to video

Oh - and smile!! - or at least don't frown and look down all the time!
 
Buy 101 schooling exercises and another exercise that someone told me on here is to imagine that you're doing your drive to somewhere and turn that into your schooling. For example, roundabouts are circles, traffic lights = halts, junctions = left/right turns or turns on forehand, 30pmh = walk, 40mph = trot, 50mph = canter etc etc - makes it so much more interesting!!!
 
Are you going to hack there, if not I would try to arrive earlier than booked time so that you can warm up outside of the school before hand so that for your half an hour you can get some work done, if you leave it until you get in there, 10 mins warm up plus the 10 to cool off will only leave you 10 mins to do any exercises.
Don't know how feasible this would be but means you would get more schooling time.
 
How about picking something to focus on in your schooling session that can be followed up when out hacking during the rest of the week?

Maybe transitions, going straight, leg yielding, creating bend, lengthening and collecting?

All of this can be done out hacking as a follow up.
