30 x 60m indoor arena - ball park figure?

Anyone got a ball park figure for a 30 x 60m (approx) indoor arena? Just need a rough idea.

£100,000. Work up from this depending on how much for planning & preparation of site needed & what facilities you want.

A basic outdoor that size would £50/60k so easily double that to put a building over the top.
