Obviously not a yearling. And it may be lean, but I don't agree that it looks undernourished.

What it looks like and what it is may be totally different things, it could be in a veteran class for all you know or a kids first dressage test or something, so yes a little bitchy without knowing all the facts.

That is incredibly bitchy and if I were you I would delete those links ASAP how horrid to make comments like that.
It is quite obviously not a yearling and whilst lean (and a little tucked up? Its first show perhaps and a little overawed by it all?) it doesn't look undernourished or in anyway unhappy.
I compete my horse straight from the field....TBH I would rather see that than some overstabled and pumped full of hard feed horse.

It was a prelim (adult) dressage. Sorry, it was just in such stark contrast to the other entries I was shocked. Hence why I put "can anyone EXPLAIN these photos". Suprise suprise, I have feelings too, and what horrible things for you to say of me. All I said was that it looks young, you can say no it is not without such vitriol. Wow, I've no idea if you got out the wrong side of bed or forgot tpo put your socks on, but I was actually polite ("I might be wrong", "I'm sorry if this comes across as mean"), and a little bit of good manners never hurts anyone. You catch more flies with honey and all that.
Is there someone I can ask if I can ask anything on this forum first?
Oh, and this was only following on from the "for sale" post below, where a lot of people happily bitched about someones situation they had no idea about.

I have commented on both posts. I haven't made any nasty comments about the horse in the for sale post either.
I actually commented on how bad the photos were (and they were shockingly bad photos for trying to sell a horse) and on the line 'left brain extrovert' which is a parelli term I find ridiculous.
There is a difference in commenting on the photos that someone has put up on the internet willingly to sell their horse knowing that lots of people are going to see and comment on them to finding a picture of a complete stranger who may be at her first competition, didn't know the photos exist and sticking those on a public forum to be ripped apart.
