i need a showing jacket for the end of the month, im looking at the shires childrens aston jacket, but it's all measures in inches and i have no idea what kind of age they would fit lol. would 34 inches be around 13-14 years or am i way off? tia x

I got a shires childrens jacket (huntington though not aston) in size 30 inches. Fits me at about 6-8 body. But- it's very short in the arms and length (which works for because I'm very short lol) so that's the only thing to watch out for if you aren't a midget like me!

My daughter is a very slim age nearly 13 and she fits a showing selection jacket size 34 but her arms will outgrow it before her body.

A 34" is a size 10. I fit a size 10 and also an age 13 jacket. Just be careful that the armholes are big enough and the back wide enough. I nearly bought a child's jacket which I wanted for jumping. It fitted perfectly, but when I adopted a jumping position in the shop the back felt a bit tight.
