4 months box rest is beginning to take its toll :D

The bear has invented a new game!! Its called swing for attention!! He undoes his door and stands there swinging it back and forth until someone gives him attention!!! Cheeky bear!! :D

Thankfully he has a chain up so cant escape! He's broken 3 back rug clips and a leadrope! He gets the clips off and throws them on the floor!! I do feel so sorry for him stuck in all this time when all he wants to do is play, still hopefully one more month and then we get the go ahead to turn out!!

Im seriously missing riding the dude so if anyone can speed up 2014 to august that would be awesome!!!

I hope all the other injured hho ponies are doing well :)
 
Oh bless - one of mine was on box rest for 6mnths - it was a horrid period and do not wish to repeat it anytime soon!

Have you tried hanging up some swedes? Kept my chap amused for hours...

However the day you get back on board it is all worth it and the pain of box rest will soon become a distant memory.

mine was box rested over a year.

Thanks guys!! He's on the walker twice a day for 15 mins atm gets upped by 5 mins every 2 weeks so he does get out for a bit and i hand graze him if im around :) he's got 2 swinging treats he loves swede and bananas!! He also gets a treat ball so he does have toys he just likes to invent his own!! Bless him :)
