Hi not been on here for ages and could do with some help.
I have a 4yo BWB by Brief encounter that has not made the size I had hoped (15.1) he is 3/4 brother to a good horse called Jimmy Shoo that is with Phoebe Buckley .My dilemma is he is not something that I wish to compete myself (due to size) but feel he could have a big future.
He has been backed last summer and got out and about a bit.

In an Ideal world I would like to keep him and find a rider that would take him on.I would be prepared to make a contribution to running cost by paying for bits and pieces ie shoeing etc.I would also pick up the BE running cost. However due to running other horses I cannot justify paying another pro rider with all the costs involved.I am not expecting a rider to do this for nothing and would expect to come to some arrangement over equity in the horse in exchange.I also realise the rider would need the experience to do this so would be carefully vetted
Are riders prepared to do this ? What should I be offering?
My other option is to sell if so whats he worth? and would I be better off doing this?
I look forward to your replies!
