well there are hundreds really, but thought i'd cut it down to the top 5!
1. he catches 100% of the time
2. he comes when called and does a little nicker on occassions, that melts my heart, even when no bucket in sight!
3. i can trust him 100% on the ground when my kids handle him
4. my kids can safely ride him round the paddock
5. he turns into a loon when i take him out on the Downs, to keep me on my toes!!

Freddie:
1) the cheeky little face he pulls every morning as he hides what ever he has broken that night.
2) the way he always comes to call or nickers at me
3) i can trust him 100% in every way and altho he is a thug he is so gentle
4) Even at 20 years with a check ligament injury he still jumps the fence if im not looking
5) no one can load him but me which is the best anti theft device yet!

Foxy
1) the way all she ever wants is cuddles
2) she is so thick its funny
3) THe way she looks after me more than i look after her
4) the stupid leg action i get when she's hungry ( stupid TB!)
5) her love for the vet / loading/ farrier/ worming/ dentist ect ( thats so nice when you own a welsh called fred!)

Nice post...

My big boy
1. he neighs to me on sight and he will always come over to say hello
2. he tried his hardest and never refused a jump even though I cant jump for toffee and might have been in pain (we found out shortly after that he was showing signs of navicular.)
3. he never says 'mummmmeeeeee'
4. he doesnt care what I look like / what I am wearing / what I say
5. spending 5 mins in his company chills me out

My little Welshie
1- 5 because I trust her 100% on the ground with my children, other than that she is a little madam totally ruled by her love of food

My new loan mare
1) because she seems so genuine
2) she settled in so quickly
3) she has been brilliant to ride
4) she has lots of experience so I am hoping that we can do some little shows...
5) watch this space ... .(only had her a week)

1. She runs rings around me in the field when I'm trying to catch but she's so showy (arab) and is obviously enjoying herself it just makes me laugh
2. She is nervous of everything but has improved 100% since I got her and has even done some jumping and cross country despite being too scared to even walk over a pole when I first got her
3. She is sooooo fast but totally controllable (unless she's racing another horse, in which case she'll stop when they stop)
4. She's still fighting fit at 20 (nearly 21)
5. She is very clingy with other horses but when a horse isn't available my company calms her down too

Ginny:
1) She knows she's stronger than me, but yet she chooses to listen to me.
2) She neighs to me pretty much everyday - she's always the loudest

3) She doesn't have a nasty bone in her body
4) She can spook, be nappy and be naughty when ridden but she won't ever try to get you off, she just likes you to appreciate how she is feeling (haha

)
5) I can trust her, and she can trust me.

1. He comes when I call him in
2. Because he was an amazing boy and jumped a 70cm upright today despite me being crap
3. Because he's a 5 yo ex-racehorse I can gallop in company.
4. Because he takes me out on hacks and we have fun every time.
5. Because he's my boy and he WILL be a superstar

Flame
- she's gorgeous
- she's made of damn strong stuff
- she taught me to ride being super sharp but not dangerous
- she jumps and stops and legs it like a deer even though she's nearly 30
- she pretends she's mean but she's really not.

Captain
1) He is the most affectionate horse I have ever known, he loves to be pampered and stands patiently.
2) He knows his own strength and chooses to be a gentleman in his stable and on the ground.
3) He always comes when called.
4) He is a hard worker and is always willing to give 100% effort.
5) He trusts me, even when he has hurt himself, he has never raised a foot against a human since we have had him( just don't ask about other horses), a miracle seeing as he has been abused in the past.

I love my new boy because:

1. He always makes me smile no matter what mood I am in
2. He always tries to undo my zipped up pockets looking for polo's even when i don't have any!
3. As soon as he see's me in the field he trots over to me ears forward and follows me to the gate where his head collar is.
4. the way he drops his head for me to put his bridle/headcollar on. (he's 17.2hh and i'm 5ft 6in)
5. he has so much patience and even though he is only 7yrs old he has taught me so much already, he's calm in a crisis when I'm not! I love him to bits!

I could go on and on!
