5 stage vettings

Is it possible for a 5-6k horse to pass a 5 stage vetting anymore? or has a combination of blame culture and insurance companies meant that all horse will fail for fear of reprisal?

....all horses that are on the market are meant to be perfect in every respect, and come with a lifetime guarantee like a washing machine - or perhaps we should offer an extended warranty for extra money like Comet!

ive sold a couple at thoose prices and both passed. one even behaved very badley for the flexions and showed up sore. not really lame, but vet agreed it was dues to a cut on hock area.
