Yet another example of madness in the passport system that I wasn't aware of!!

Checked my companions passport (he's on loan from a national charity) - it's not siged out of the food chain (and as I'm not the owner I don't think I'm able to do it) he was rescued in a large herd aged c.12 nothing known of his history. He's smart looking and well put together and broken (as I discovered over a bored weekend! about 2 years after he arrived ) I'd bet my live he's had bute at some point
