Hi everyone,

Just wondering what height your 7.5t lorries are?

We have just moved house and prior to the move we sold our horsebox with the intention to upgrade it after we moved. Turns out the shed we planned to keep it in, has a lower roof than originally thought. I would like to know what the external height of lorries are in case possibly there is a make out there that does a lower height. Unfortunately I have big horses so cannot compromise on the internal height.

I know it's a long shot but just thought I'd ask!

Thanks in advance 😊

cant the shed roof be raised , might be easier .To take a large irish draught ,my box is 3.16 metres high (10 ft 6) This would be pretty much a minimum

Generally most builders will build to max of 11ft for 7.5.
That said, as ROG mentions, you will need to measure it yourself when its level or to specify if having one built.

NB: Always have a sticker in the cab (on underside of sun visor is useful) which has: Overall height, width (with and without mirrors), weight AND tyre pressures!
