7.5t Horsebox - license question.

Just a quick question:

I am looking into buying a 7.5t horsebox but just wanted to know how long you have to have had a driving license to drive one of these without needing a special license to do so?

If you did pass before 1997 and want to drive a box over 3.5t, currently do drive one, or you take a test in order to do so, be aware that you will also need to do 5 days compulsory training for the Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) before 2014 in order to maintain your licence.

This is not correct .The Driver CPC is only required by professional drivers.
