7 acres of grazing - how much rent?

How much would you expect to pay for 7 acres of grazing with shelters and barn, electrics and water?

We were paying £260 per month for 7 acres, 7 stables and a barn.

to buy or rent?
to buy I would roughly expect to pay about £100k.
rent wise I dunno, depends how many horses youd have on - maybe about £500pcm for the whole place

I have 8 acres with water and electric, 2 stables, feed room, lorry container for hay storage and a summerhouse. No school. In the Chilterns, £365/month, which I think for this expensive part of the country is pretty good (and before you ask - no, I'm not about to give it up!)
