Hi everyone....
I have just returned to my passion after many years under the illusion of it being my 10 year old daughters interest!I have loved horses and ponies from a very young age and often made my own 'make-do' models as a child. When I was 15, I saved enough money to buy my first; a darling welsh mountain cross called Ginn. After a few more, and lots of learning curves, I had to give it up for marriage and family.
Now life has given me an opportunity to do it again and I am wasting NO time. Love to hear from anyone who is as mad as I am or who is returning to horse and pony loving like me xxx

I have always had horses since my first job and loan horses as a teenager but there are lots of people who have done as you have. Almost every yard I have been on there are few, if any, who are in their 20's and a horse owner not a sharer.

Welcome to the forum i am new as well and just returning to horses after starting a career, children etc got in the way somehow and i gave up my share pony but now my girls are older (nearly 9 & 10) and have gotten into ponies i could not resist getting back into it ...so kind of like your situation I am loving being back having lessons and hopefully will be looking for a suitable share pony/horse soon.
