A huge thanks to all who answred my OP, and others who have posted on the same subject - arthritis and how to cope.
I've now had the lovely Idun on cortaflex for two weeks, and devils claw for 1 week only.
She is unrecognisable in her movement, and seems so much happier; I'm astounded that its worked so quickly - the devils claw started visibly working 2 -3 hours after her first dose!
