My brother brought me a pair of woof wear long boots for my brithday but the 5's fell off my feet.
I emailed Mole Valley to see if I could swap them for a 4 and they were so so helpful - I sent mine back just after xmas and the 4's arrived today. I wanted them sent to a new address and everything was no problems.
They seemed to be the only company over xmas that had great customer service and everyone I spoke to was really helpful. Having had bad experiences with joules and miss selfridge (not answering phones, automated emails just saying do not contact us we are not responding due to the snow) this xmas like ordering things and not arriving for a month I felt compelled to do a big shout out to Mole Valley Farmers!
Its amazing what difference good customer service makes - shame some of the bigger companies cant learn from them
I dont have a Mole Valley store near me unfortunatley but will use there online service again
