i jst wanted to thank everyone who answered my post earlier today about horses being pts. i know it must hve been painful for you to recall your experiences, it made me cry just reading thru. i hope i didnt upset anyone by asking, but now i know exactly what my choice will be, so you hve all helped me by sharing ur stories. thankyou everyone and big hugs to all those who need one.

You have been very thoughtful and responsible to consider this scenario beforehand. Sometimes, though, events take over and a choice may not always be possible- however I think these days either method is usually very effective and humane, so I would say not to agonise too much.
