a bit for breaking

out of interest - what bit would you/have you used for breaking in??

have been looking at loads but now feel so confused that i think a personal reccommendation would be better than reading reams of paperwork Lol

A nathe loose ring or a lightweight peanut linked metal bit.

I started my 4yr old haffie in a bendy rubber snaffle but he found it too bulky in his mouth so I changed to a full cheek lozenge bit which he was much happier in.

I use a french link, peanut or lozenge bit - basically a bit with more than one link, so it's mild, with no nutcracker action.
